767-300: Restore animated control surfaces and cleanup a little

MiG-15: restore compatibility with replays and increase ceiling for realism.

== Replay support ==

* MiG-15bis-set.xml:
- make model view rotate around the center of the aircraft like all
other views.
- add a <flight-recorder> to make replays support all gear and
damage (i.e. ailerons, gear and canopy are torn off at various
speeds if extended; engine flames out if temperature exceeds a
threshold for too long; aircraft explodes if it hits terrain or
trees).
* Models/MiG-15bis.xml: make ailerons and elevators use the
apppropriate surface-positions/* properties (which are saved by the
flight recoder) instead of their FDM counterparts (which are not).
This enables replays to move the flight surfaces (and the pilot
too).
* Nasal/MiG-15bis.nas: whenever a replay is active, disable processing
of aircraft damage and related things (the damage has already been
done and will be replaued properly without the Nasal scripts).
Remove the code that explicitly disabled replays.

== Ceiling ==

The main advantage the MiG-15 had over contemporary aircraft like the
piston-engined bombers it was meant to intercept, and even over the
F-86 Sabre, was its high ceiling of 15500m. During the Korean war,
squadrons of MiG-15s would climb to this ceiling and ambush incoming
bombers and fighter escorts from there, diving on them. The model had
a ceiling of only 11km; these changes increase it to 13km, still short
of the documented ceiling. Suggestions for further improvement
welcome.

* Engines/VK-1.xml: change the mach speeds in the military thrust
table so that more thrust is available at slower mach speeds
(i.e. high altitude).
* MiG-15bis.xml (the FDM): decrease lift-induced drag from 0.12 to
.07; the contemporary F-86 Sabre had 0.061.

== Final note ==

I have been in contact with the original author, who stated he no
longer cares about what happens to this aircraft. Since I care, I am
taking over maintenance and inviting other contributions.

MiG-15bis: advanced production rating, assorted improvements and bug fixes

* Increase the rating as follows:
FDM=5. Real-life limitations and behavior are accurately modeled.
Systems=5. Stores and weapons, emergency procedures, gunsight accurately modeled.
Cockpit=4 (unchanged).
Model=4 (unchanged).
* name the fuel tanks.
* rename Models/MiG-15bis-model.xml to Models/MiG-15bis.xml
so that http://mpserver12.org/tracker/aircraft/MiG-15bis/ works
* MiG-15bis-set.xml: allow-toggle-cockpit and toggle auto-coordination with L.
* MiG-15bis.xml: use pressure altitude instead of distance to ground for aerodynamics.
* Models/Instruments/Airspeedometer/MiG-15bis-Airspeedometer.xml: correct the rotation
of the needles: the small needle now correcty indicates hundreds of km/h, the large
needle does a full turn for every 100 km/h and points north for 0 km/h.

747-400: correct flap timing (was too slow)

Fix hstab mirrored on left side. Use vstab instead.

CH-53E : Fix multiple listeners

The multiple listeners / duplicate init causes the animations and frame rate to become erratic.

Also removed the rotor anim callback as not needed for replay - the correct fix for non-rotating blades is to add them to the replay storage.

Reinstate fake blend (that I'd somehow managed to comment out).

The fake cone is now only when no ALS or Rembrandt; the blend is now dependant on the scene lighting (rather than the sun angle).

Added ALS secondary lighting when inside.

CH-53E : Redtwo FDM changes.

* main and tail rotor increases in diameter (main from 74' to 79', tail from 15'4" to 20')
* longer tail section which includes the hstab position change, and vstab position and height change
* minor modification to the cruise value (max. speed really) from 172 to 170.

This is taking into account tried Stuart's modifications. His changes to the collector and cyclic parameters which I don't think work too well with the combined rotor diameter increases...too much lift I think, nose high.
