F-14: Add F-14A (TF-30), remove YASim,

* Add malfunctions and damage dialog
- fix afterburers left/right - the params on the model do not appear to work and so I've fixed it by adding another XML. not ideal but I can't figure out the magic incantation for the params.
- Adjusted wind sound to fix audible loopiness (taken from F-15)
- Added TF-30 engines (secondary model
- Added compressor stall to TF-30 - as best as I could figure out based on pressures and airflow direction coefficients.
- Afterburner animations
* make afterburner ring better
* fix property usage (avoiding alias on MP properties as doesn't seem to work)
- fix MP model loading (again)
- Remove YASim version and add new JSBSim model for F-14A (with TF-30)
