#95 Cannot stop or steer Socata Rallye 859 on the ground after landing

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Take off in the aircraft
2.Land the aircraft, try to slow down on the runway using coasting and
brakes, and attempt to taxi to a hardstand to park it.
3.

Aircraft should slow down when brakes applied; it does not, nor can it be
controlled on the ground, ie, steering from runway to taxiway and to a
hardstand to park it.

FG 1.9.1 on Ubuntu 9.04

I have attempted to increase friction to all wheels in the xml, however,
this seems to have a detrimental effect to the aircraft. Not being an
expert, I have no idea how to fix the problem.

Please provide any additional information below.

Works here. Please check your property browser: navigate to controls/gear and
confirm that the brakes vales are being set/unset correctly.

Invetigated - not a bug - operator error. The brakes must be held on long enough to
act.
