*What steps will reproduce the problem?*
1. Launch c172p and start a tutorial (almost any of them is fine, I used the taxiing tutorial)
2. Near the end of the tutorial, change view to some outside view
3. When the tutorial ends, view is zoomed to cockpit

I used external helicopter view to better see where I was taxiing. And when stopped at the end of the taxiway, I still was in the outside view which then zoomed inside the cockpit. After that, the view was 'unusable'.

Side note: In some cases, the view should zoom into some control, but often the view is misaligned and the switch/meter and marker cannot be seen.

*What is the expected output? What do you see instead?*
Tutorials should reset the view to the original state. If user changed view during the tutorial, maybe it should change the view back to cockpit view if there is some action that needs attention?

Right, tutorials were depending on view 0 - or rather on the default "look-from" view mode. Choosing an outside view ("look-at", ...) resulted in everything being messed up.

Should properly save/restore/switch view mode. Also adds an option to explicitly change view mode during a tutorial - e.g. you could briefly switch to tower view, chase view using a new tutorial view option.
