#28 MPmap is out off sync

What steps will reproduce the problem?
* the nav.dat is updated in cvs, but changes are not reflected on
mmapservers
* mpmap needs to be in sync with cvs

This issue is no longer valid as pigeon has updated his mpmap server with the latest
apt.dat and nav.dat files from the 2.0 release
