When in Hpa mode, KAP140 displays wrong digits.
The UP and DOWN buttons work right and in debug console the Hpa value is correct as units and hundreds are added or subtracted ok. I could not find something wrong neither in flightgear/Aircraft/Instruments/KAP140TwoAxisAlt.xml nor in flightgear/Aircraft/Instruments-3d/kap140/KAP140TwoAxisAlt.xml, So, despite it seems as an easy fix, I could not fix it or propose something and wonder why the animation does not display the right digits.

To avoid confusion: This is the "old" KAP-140, not the new one from Sascha.
A fix might be to upgrade the planes KAP top the new one.
    Which plane is it?

(if its the c172p; the issue should be marked as wontfix/fixed, because it upgraded to the new KAP in next already)

yeah... i was wondering which craft, too... especially since they can bring their own devices...

    I fixed the bug
but i am not sure how to handle this, since there are four KAP140TwoAxisAlt.xml files
    1) /usr/share/flightgear/Aircraft/Generic/DualControl/Instruments/KAP-140/KAP140TwoAxisAlt.xml │
    2) /usr/share/flightgear/Aircraft/Instruments/KAP140TwoAxisAlt.xml │
    3) /usr/share/flightgear/Aircraft/Instruments-3d/kap140/KAP140TwoAxisAlt.xml and
    4) /usr/share/flightgear/Aircraft/c172p/Models/Interior/Panel/Instruments/kap140/KAP140TwoAxisAlt.xml

I corrected the 4th to the attached one. I attach the origin faulty one too for comparing reasons.
In my case, inside aircraft folder there are the Generic, Instruments, Instruments-3d, c172p and ufo folders.
I hope a more experienced developer will create the proper request that fixes it in 'next' or other release.
    Thank you for the replies.

Uh,, the question was, which aircraft were you using when you actually observed the bug in-sim ?

Actually the only craft i uploaded is Cessna 182s but i do not use it. I was using and use the Cessna C172p that was the default and the only one that is loaded when i installed flightgear. I use opensise tubleweed linux.
Unfortunately i see that in https://sourceforge.net/p/flightgear/fgdata/ci/next/tree/Aircraft/c172p/Models/Interior/Panel/Instruments/kap140/ the files are totally different than the ones that are installed in my system and there is no KAP140TwoAxisAlt.xml there to be fixed.

Thats right, because the C172p in next (2020.4) use the new KAP 140 that Josh and i build from scratch. The old one in 2020.3.x is crap. It has never worked as it should.

So this bug report relates definitive to the old KAP 140.
(Maybe we should ship a new point release of FG with a newer C172p ?)

In respect of the C172, we should indeed ship an updated version, but this has previously been driven from their side, ie they indicate a tag we should pull from their repo and merge into FGData, So I have not remembered to ask them about such an update, when making recent point releases, but I hope it's possible.

Seems fixed in 2020.4 and also 2020.3.19 as of [64c07d].
