Current OSG development sources (2.9.11) are no longer compatible with FlightGear.
Caused by the following OSG change:

simgear and flightgear both need to be adapted.
I've added a compile warning to simgear for now:

Would be better to have a dependency check done by autoconf/CMake (more tricky...).
Unfortunately, we have distributed scripts, manuals and wiki pages which download the latest OSG SVN sources by default. So many people are running into issues right now, when trying to compile FG GIT.

I have a fix locally, but it reveals a serious OSG bug that breaks our custom database pager in OSG 2.9.11+. I've submitted a fix to the OSG maintainer and hopefully OSG SVN will be compatible with FlightGear shortly. I'm not going to commit my fixes to sg/fg until OSG is fixed; I'd rather that people find that fg doesn't compile with OSG SVN than get a lot of reports about segfaults.
Although a lot of us run with OSG SVN, it is risky being on the bleeding edge.
