*What steps will reproduce the problem?*
1.FGFS version 2.0
2.Running Ubuntu 10.04
3.Connected joystick Logitech EXTREME 3D PRO

FGFS uses the driver Input/Joysticks/Logitech/wingman-extreme-digital-3d.xml instead of extreme-3d-pro.xml

I "solved" this issue by removing
<name>Logitech Logitech Extreme 3D</name> from the <PropertyList> in file wingman-extreme-digital-3d.xml

and adding <name>Logitech Logitech Extreme 3D</name> to the <PropertyList> in file extreme-3d-pro.xml

I have attached my own version in which button 2 (thumb key) has been assigned as Cycle view forward.
