3.switch to Tower View

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect the Tower View above the groundlevel
Instead the Tower View is under the ground level.

When setting --use-custom-scenery-data= false it behaves as expected

What version (or GIT date / Hudson build number)?
GIT 12/31/2010 Hudson built 108
This bug didn't occure at least two weeks ago
What operating system and graphics card?
win32 xp, DualCore 2.6GHz, Nvidea 8800 GT

    Just to confirm, this is caused by AMSL/AGL confusion. The problem is determining the ground elevation at the tower lat/lon - in the short term I'll use the airport elevation, since that should be plausible. Determining the precise elevation depends on have the relevant scenery tile loaded.
