#2112 Patch for Beech 1900d sound: Fix and Enhancements

Attached are patch and suggested replacement for fgaddon/Aircraft/b1900d/Sound/b1900d-sound.xml/

Fixed:
1) Sign of X-coord of sound sources on RHS of aircraft changed to negative, was posititve so all sounds came from LHS
2) Propeller effect, turboprop1.wav pitch changed to depend on propeller rpm, was affected by engine N1 rpm; the sound is of a propeller, which is a constant speed prop

Enhancements:
1) Propeller sound volume made to depend on torque to give audible signal as throttle is changed.
2) Turbine effect added, volume depends on fuel flow, pitch depends on engine N1 rpm
3) Gear, tyre squeak volumes balanced to match changed effects.
