3D Cloud rendering is not always working. It might happen that

Start FG
3d clouds look flat, have no structure, more like puffs of smoke
Uncheck 3d clouds in Render Options
CHeck 3d clouds in Render Options
3d clouds look bump-mapped and realistic

or

Start FG
3d clouds look good, as described above
Uncheck 3d clouds in Render Options
Check 3d clouds in Render Options
3d clouds look bad as described above.

Results on a Q6600 64b Nvidia GTX8800, recent drivers.

I think I will have to un-file this bug. I cannot reproduce it or havent witnessed it for a while. I still have un-bumpmapped clouds from time to tim but I think those are intenionally looking like puffs of smokes AND they to not become bumpmapped clouds when I disable and reenable 3d clouds.

If I encouter the issue again, I will make ascreenshot and attach it. Thanks.
