*What steps will reproduce the problem?*
Presently Txpndr Squawk canot be adjusted from either dial hotspots or from F12
radio menu, the named property tree values for the digits are different in:
fgdata/gui/dialogs/radio.xml
fgdata/Aircraft/Citation-Bravo/Models/flightdeck.xml and in
fgdata/Aircraft/Instruments-3d/kt70/kt70.xml

The atached replacement for
fgdata/Aircraft/Citation-Bravo/Models/flightdeck.xml
Fixes the flightdeck dials to adjust the same properties as those in Instruments-3d
so that both transponders can be set.
F12 Transponder settings still do not work for the Citation-Bravo
