What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Launch FGrun, set it up to use the carrier 'Nimitz'
2.Click 'Run'
3.Aircraft might not start on carrier

Take a look at this link from the flightgear wiki:

"...and the fact that the scenario comes in front of carrier!..."

In the case of the flightgear GUI, when setting it up, it DOES NOT place the scenario infront of the carrier:

C:\Program Files (x86)\FlightGear\bin\Win32\fgfs.exe
  --fg-root=C:\Program Files (x86)\FlightGear\data
  --fg-scenery=C:\Program Files (x86)\FlightGear\data\Scenery;C:\Program Files (x86)\FlightGear\scenery;C:\Program Files (x86)\FlightGear\terrasync

...

  --carrier=Nimitz
  --parkpos=1
  --control=keyboard

...

  --bpp=32
  --ai-scenario=nimitz_demo

In my case, --carrier=Nimitz is infront of --ai-scenario=nimitz_demo.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Flightgear 2.0.0 on Windows 7 Home Premium:

RAM: 2 GB
64 Bit Edition
Intel Celeron CPU @ 2.2 Ghz

Please provide any additional information below.
I'm not sure if this happens on any other computers.

What happens on the Command Prompt:

Failed to locate aircraft carrier = Nimitz
FGMultiplayMgr - No receiver port, Multiplayermode disabled
Head movement starting ...
droptanks starting
droptanks running
recoil running
loading scenario 'nimitz_demo'
creating 3D noise texture... DONE

The darn GUI loads carrier before the scenario the carrier is in!

    The command to start in a chosen location is:
    --parkpos=park-2 not --parkpos=1

    If --parkpos=1 is used FG will revert to the defined airport or to the default if none is defined.
