What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
There should be airport hinterland. You see instead a five storey apartment block to the east of the runway threshold - very unnerving when approaching even in a small aircraft. Who would put a residence or office tower that close to a civilian airport?

I suspect this is a problem with the random buildings that are placed in urban areas. Best way to fix this is by creating a custom landclass. The v0 data is very, very bad around this airport...
Just look at the link below and switch between Landcover-DB and Google Satellite layers. You'll see the urban area is blocking the (in reallife clear of terrain) appproaches.
