= What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start fgrun
2. Select airport and plane (KSFO and 777-200ER in my case)
3. Select full screen mode

= What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

There is no graphics window, and the console shows the following message:

FGMultiplayMgr - No receiver port, Multiplayermode disabled
loading scenario 'nimitz_demo'
creating 3D noise texture... DONE
Electrical System ... ok
AFDS System ... check
Program's vertex attrib binding 10, usrAttr1
Program's vertex attrib binding 11, usrAttr2
Win32WindowingSystem::getScreenInformation() - The screen identifier on the
Win32 platform

= What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

2.0.0 on Vista Home Edition 64bit

= Please provide any additional information below.

It works in regular resolution mode (800x600) and full-screen worked
perfectly for 1.9.1 on same operating system / same hardware.

Sorry, the error message got truncated.
    The complete error is:

Win32WindowingSystem::getScreenInformation() - The screen identifier on the Win32
platform must always use display number 0. Value received was 9999

The WindowBuilder code passes displayNumber=0, unless readDISPLAY provides a valid value. The limitation about fullscreen only working on display 0 comes from OSG, not us, so the easiest solution will be to unset the DISPLAY environment variable.
