Initial prerelease version

There are 0.90 prerelease versions out of flide and flini. There's one package called flall that contains both flide and flini.

Flini (the ini converter) is working without any known bugs, but it still hasn't been tested all that well. Expect alpha quality operation. Also, it's a bit slow parsing in binary files, especially mbases.ini. It will take a long while to convert it, maybe a minute or so.

FLide is very alpha. Not all menu commands are working, it's really just a simple text editor right now. It hangs when closing sometimes if you've closed any INI files manually. Use it only if you have a backup of your INI files.
