Hi there,
First of all many thanks for creating this software, it's an important step to be able to backup Flickr data!
Would it be possible to speed up the backup procedure for doing a full backup of Flickr? I have nearly 3,000 photos and it takes an extremely long time for them all to load into Flickr Backup. Does it really need to create thumbnails for every picture, and then make you select all? Would it be possible to skip this step and just tell it you want all your photos backed up without having to wait?

On a related note, it would be even better if it worked like proper backup software: Flickr Backup could compare the files on Flickr to the files in the selected Backup folder on the user's hard drive and therefore only backup files which were new or modified. Is this also possible?
