Convert settings application to a Preference Pane.

Include the following:
folder selection
Placement selection popup
Show pictures radio buttons
in sequence
randomly
Rotation time slider
Get pictures from MacDesktops checkbox with dependent
items:
Resolution popup for each display - populated from
array
Content radio buttons
Don't show me nude or risque pictures
Don't show me nude pictures, but risque is okay.
Show me all pictures
Categories pick box - populated from array
Keep downloaded pictures on disk checkbox
