Instructions for using Fast-CGI with the Nginx webserver added - contributed

Added documentation for m_multilog, changed the API for a few routines to make
them more uniform.
Added module for random permutations.

Added module m_multilog as provided by Karin Nystrom. No documentation yet,
except the extensive description in the source file.

Use flush statement instead of close/open for flushing the log file.
Added test to see if the log file is completely written
Added two new modules, work in progress though, to datastructures directory

Apply patch by Karin Nystrom - introducing NEWUNIT= in m_logger module

Added support for BLOBs in the ODBC module. (Quirks with PostgreSQL however
still have to be solved)
