Preliminary version of a module to emulate unsigned integers in Fortran

Expanded the set of assertions, added support for running a single test,
updated the user-interface for interactively selecting tests

Adding a straightforward user-interface to run individual tests.
The ftnunit module still needs to be adjusted to cooperate with it.
