Corrections in the makefile for the tests; correction and extension of the GUI

Small correction in treatment of ignored tests; further steps in implementing "expect_program_stop"

Updated documentation (raw form for now); added assert_inbetween();
small improvement in GUI; skipping tests now possible; start for supporting
controlled stops; improved layout of output.

Moved the call to ftnunit_hook_test_completed so that the HTML file will be
complete. Important if you use the hook to start an HTML viewer.

Extended the set of assertions with a check that a value lies inside an interval.
Corrected an error that prevented multiple calls to runtests to work properly.

Expanded the set of assertions, added support for running a single test,
updated the user-interface for interactively selecting tests
