Corrected usage of SQLBindParameter for text strings - this now works correctly

Implemented alterative bind procedures for inserting records

Renamed odbc_get_table to odbc_get_table_name (better name, no conflict with
the subroutine to rea the entire table). Implemented odbc_query_table to
get the names and types of the columns of a table. More connectivity strings

Further expansion of the ODBC interface. Not all works correctly, but you can
do a selection on tables

Initial commit of a wrapper for the ODBC library/facilities

Enhancing the ftnunit module with a new example and some corrections in existing routines

Various updates - ftnunit, mysql etc.

Added some more test cases (simple Fortran 2003 checks mostly)
