Further improvements to the parser generator (filling in variables)

A first working, very crude version (note: only tested on a very simple
example)

Very preliminary check of a version of the "lemon" parser generator that
creates Fortran encoded parsers instead of C encoded ones

First release of the doc of m_exception

Added a simple use-case.
