Release of m_vfile

Updated the two modules in controlstructures, added information on compiling the
Fortran interface to Sqlite3 (plus a small extension), added very preliminary
code for tuple spaces

Updated the messages module - not definitive yet. Some work on the IPC file module

Deprecated the sorting.f90 file and its example/test program

Updated the string list with a sorting method.

Test the qsortarray_template based on pre-processing.
