flexxcpu v.04 rev.C released

Main difference from version 04 rev.B is a bug in the text browser. No new features has been added.
Main difference from version 04 rev.00 are: the text browser and the ability to choose & load file asm.
Compiling of file asm not yet available! There will be in the next release.
