Framework license changed to LGPL

To support non-GPL and commercial use of the framework we decided to release it under the GNU Lesser General Public License (LGPL) version 2.1 or higher.
The [fleXive] backend application remains under the GNU General Public License version 2.0 or higher.
As a consequence we now offer two binary distributions, one containing only the LGPL libraries and another with the backend application and examples.
It is now possible to deploy the backend application with your commercial or non-GPL'd application without running into any license issues.
