(I'm CC'ing this to the mailing lsit because other devs might be interested in this also) There is currently very little activity indeed. I don't know the reason for other people, so I'm speaking only for myself. I'm having a lot of other work and flexcp isn't something high obn my priority list. I'm doing this pure on goodwill because I'm not able to use it for anything. I'm pretty certain all the other devs would agree with me that more developers are what this project needs. There was a stall with a seemingly unsolvable bug in the webserver, I'm not sure if this has been resolved already. I'm not sure that being pushy is a good quality for a project manager in an open source project. Most people contribute when they have time and pushing them might decreese their interest in it. Nonetheless I hope this will give the entire project the hard needed boost to something usable.
