CVS is basically broken until the socket code works correctly. Me and
Pablo are working to try to fix it but it seems to be a tough bug. I'm
really tempted to put a small reward out for the one who fixes it.

To see the problem checkout cvs and connect to 127.0.0.1:81. The first
time you connect it will work, but it will stall thereafter.

Socket code aside the other two main things that need work are
modules/hooks and privileges
