I agree with most of part. It could be added, something like:

Q: Which are the minimum software requirements?

A: . PHP v4.1.x
. Apache 1.3.x
. OS: FreeBSD/Linux (Not tested over other OSes)
. Mysql/PosGres (Optional)
. Other modules for some kind of functionality for Apache (mod_bandwidth, 
mod_thief, mod_watch, mod_accounting, etc)

BTW: For those who don't know me, I love Unix (FreeBSD specially), C coding,
intermediate knowledge for php.
And ... I'm writing from Buenos Aires, Argentina, with 27 years old :-)
