Famous last words... I screwed that one up.

I created a new bug with the 1.0.4 and 1.1.7 changes - creating new index
keys just didn't work for on-disk backups.

I made a 1.0.5 and 1.1.8 to address that. This is now REALLY the last 1.0.x
release :)

Devel branch will be the official release very soon.
