[flexbackup-help] Restoring files with flist text file.

I'm been unsuccessful trying to restore just the files I need.  I run
flexbackup like this:

flexbackup -extract -flist /path/flist

flist text file, called "flist":

"/home/jb/.jpilot/DatebookDB.pc3"
"/home/jb/.jpilot/DateboodDB.pdb"

I've also tried the command line like this:

flexbackup -extract -flist DatebookDB.*

No luck.  There's got to be an easier way than restoring the whole
archive.
