[flexbackup-help] afio: "-" [offset 6]: Fatal error: ???

Hello folks,

I'm using Redhat 9.  Everything was peachy.  flexbackup worked great,
then suddenly I'm getting this error.  Can anyone give me some
guidance.  I need to restore something from these tapes.  I've tried two
out of 7 that we have.
