#28 pruning does not exclude directories because of incorrect tar parameter order

There is (now?) a big difference between:
--files-from=- --no-recursion
and
--no-recursion --files-from=-

In the former case, tar will recurse into directories even though they are pruned, in the latter - it will not.

OS Ubuntu 16.04, all installed via apt
flexbackup 1.2.1-6.3
tar 1.28-2.1
findutils 4.6.0+git+20160126-2

The particular backup set in question is remote (via SSH, host:/dir format), the latter two versions are on the remote machine, although I believe they are the same on both.
