[Flex-devel] Unicode flex tests status

a.    Passes 92 of 93 tests.
b.    Have added one test to match some unicode (greek). (passes)
c.    Still have not fixed the failing utest-table-opts. (fails).
d.    Have been using this now in my own work for about 6 months and 
works reliably.
