Flede 0.74 includes all fixes and updates since the last release in 2009.
Main changes: 1. UTF8 is now the default charset for Russian. 2. Got rid of deprecated PHP functions: split() and set_magic_quotes_runtime(). 3. Minor bugs fixed.
