#1 hide tabs on TFlatTabControl

on the TFlatTabControl, you can't see the tabs when
the they are big enought to the width of the
TFlatTabControl. I think they draw on the component,
but they don't see, and there is
no "TNavigatorFlatControl" (or something like that) to
navigate throught the hidetabs
