[flatpack-user] Duplicate column in file

Hi

I noticed that a check has been added to detect duplicate columns. However the files I process come to me in this format:

Heading1,Heading2,Heading3,,,,,,,,,,,,
a,b,c,,,,,,,,,
d,e,f,,,,,,,,,

The problem is the 'empty' column headings. 

setIgnoreExtraColumns doesn't seem to help, and from looking at the code I can't see how I can turn this behaviour off. 

Is there a way to configure Flatpack that it should ignore empty columns?
