[F4-users] Entity hierarchies now working

I have added support for hierarchies of entities to CVS. Using a "Space" 
attribute, you can now create parent-child relationships between 
entities. This hierarchy is applied to poses, allowing more complex 
objects to be constructed. I now have wheels on my car, yeah. This will
be v0.11, which I will release fairly soon.
