#3 needs numeric display for brightness correction

-- it needs a *numeric* display for brightness correction - in the current
state I never know what the actual rightness setting is.
Hitting
"Default" will set back changes in brightness correction (O.K.),
but at the same time it will undo all my changes to video picture size,
cropping, and letterbox (aw, Shit!).
