#1 processing multiple files (input/output)

I really liked what you have done with flask, it's easy to
use and it's alot faster than anyother program (using the
same codec with same options on the same machine).

However I met a problem that I couldn't get around using
flask which is the lack of ability to process multiple input
files into multiple output files. I think this can be done
either using a GUI addon, some text file that is then
used by flask, or at least give flask the ability to run from
the command promp with options so people can use it
in a batch file.

I would have liked to help with that, but lately (last 2-3
years) I haven't wrote a line of code in c/c++ (I'm
assuming it's written in c/c++) but I would like to help if I
can.
