Even though I checked "Warn me before overwriting files" it doesn't
warn at all, and overwrites the previous AVI.

This bug report
relates to FlaskMPEG 0.7.8.39 beta, just as my two feature
requests do. I hope this is clear from the submission system side
(?).

Works fine.. I get warned about overwriting previous file with a
message box, giving the option to cancel.

It happens for me on 0.7.8.39.

It appears that COutputManager::StartJob checks to see if
the output file (m_pOutputFileName) exists before it sets
m_pOutputFileName.
