Phil,
it seems it works now. The input file looks now:

wait 1000 ms
0a 0d
wait 1000 ms
"100 100" 0a 0d
wait 1000 ms
" + " 0a 0d
wait 1000 ms
"." 0a 0d
wait 1000 ms
0a 0d

and the output:

FlashForth V4.71 (C) Mikael Nordman GPL V3

ok <#,ram> 
ok <#,ram> 
100 100 + . 200 ok <#,ram> 
ok <#,ram> 

So you have to use 0a 0d sequence for entering the line (not 0d 0a
as I did before)..
