I've tackled that as well:
a) when BCKSP or DEL is selected (or both) it does not work,
b) when both deselected, then it moves the cursor back without
deleting the chars from the screen. Basically ok, but it did
actually remove the chars from buffer, so when you do following:
1234 1234 + .
with the backspace going back and retype to 8
1238 1234 + .
and press enter without retyping " 1234 + ." then you get 1238 on
stack only (as it deleted the " 1234 + ." actualy, but not from the
screen)..
