We create a help file
help.html_de
help.html_en
help.html = help.html_en

Creating a help.
Perhaps it is easier to use the MessageBox and have a html page displayed in it
that contains the help.

Should be multilingual.

This helpfiles are in the directory help and will be read into a textarea (in html) when help is selected.

If the language does not exist help.html is used.

Help is not added to the jar, but separate into the install.zip
