#27 Tree node entry also directly

All input for a tree node including the tree node itself should be done in the same page.
The current arrangement needs too many clicks

* click for new card
* triple click for the input of the node name
* entering node name
* click for input front page
* entering frontside
* click to the back
* enter the back side

This must be done in one screen with <TAB> working.
