#25 Simpler Keybindings in Session

While in Session the keys for the buttons Right, Wrong, Flip (could be simpler).

it should be <space> <left cursor> <right cursor>.
This should be in the preferences.
For this we need a local preferences file. It can't be that things
like:
* user-ID
* Key settings
etc
are in the Cardset.
Therefore we need a local preferences file with that
information.
