#23 Timer
A timer shall be built in (settable through the property window).
It indicates how fast the yes or no should be activated. If no answer is given in time,
* the status line indicates this (the decreasing timer should be shown as bar in the status as well) or be visible otherwise
* the answer is wrong
* the next card is selected

This should be a possibility that can be set in the properties.
It is not a must.
Settable is that the answer must be given in n seconds. If n
is 0 (default) the timer is not activated.
