#15 Resetting single cards
A new pane where it is simple to move given cards to a new register.

Each card is in a certain state (the register). When it is completely
unknown it is in the first. When it was remembered once in 2
etc etc. It can be, that for certain reasons a special card should
be reset to the first registry.
There should be a possibility to move several cards to different
registers very easily. That's the core point of the feature
request.
The example is perhaps rather stupid.

We don't implement this a s a separate pane, but as context menu
in the tree:
* Card to register 1
* Subtree to register 1
* Card to register +1
* Subtree to register +1
provide and document a shortcut for each of the options.
