#11 Annotations

The annotations are already present in XML and the internal datastructure.
The should be shown at the bottom of MPane and TPane in edit pane.
6 lines high and scrollable.
Added with a Splitpane

They are only shown, when allowed to by the flags in the Annotation.

Also a possibility to add, edit and remove Annotations should be presented in
that split pane.

The user can indicate in the user profile that she doesn't want to see the
annotations.

An annotation always belongs to a card.

people that are in the set as guest=id 0 are not allowed to create annotations.
