#1 Cannot found a working XML/Parser.pm

Hi,

I am building on MacOS X 10.1.2 everything builds ok except for a
complain of XML/Parser.pm

The closest form of XML Parser that I've found is the
expatXMLParser, (found here too) but it doesn't seem to buil XML/
Parser.pm

Can you suggest where to find the parser this modules depends
on (url) ?
